Enrolled patients are entitled to receive the full coverage for preventive treatments without incurring any additional costs.
To enroll in this Pecan Tree Family Dentistry Wellness Plan, there is an annual fee of $349. This equates to about $29.09 per month.
- Two (2) dental examination by a dentist
- Any dental radiographs necessary
- Two (2) dental prophylaxis or periodontal maintenance (teeth cleaning)
- Two (2) fluoride treatment
- One (1) complimentary emergency exam and problem focused x-rays
- 15% off all dental treatment procedures and products (i.e. dental fillings, dental crowns, and dental implants)
- $1,000 off Invisalign treatment
- $100 off KöR teeth whitening
